How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on any product purchased through our online Korean skincare store. Points are automatically added to your account at checkout.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you reach 250 points, you’ll unlock a $10 reward that you can apply at checkout. Rewards appear in your account under the “My Rewards” section.

How much are my points worth?

Every 250 points = $10 to use toward any online purchase.

Is there a minimum order to redeem rewards?

Yes, rewards can be redeemed on purchases of $50 or more.

Do my points expire?

Points remain active for 6 months from the date they are earned.
We’ll send you reminders so you never miss the chance to use them.

Can I use points on sale items or promotional offers?

Yes! Rewards can be applied to regular-priced and sale items unless otherwise noted during a special promotion.

Do I earn points on shipping or tax?

Points are earned on product totals before tax and shipping.

Do I earn points if I shop in-studio?

At this time, points are earned only through our online skincare store, but stay tuned! We’re expanding the program as part of our upcoming rebrand.

Will I lose my points if I cancel an order?

Yes. Points awarded from canceled orders will be removed from your point balance.
